The Buyer (consumer) shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of the goods, without giving any reason, by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, under the following conditions:
If the Seller receives a notice of withdrawal, the goods shall be returned at the Buyer's expense (i.e. the Buyer shall be liable for the cost of returning the goods) within 14 days of receipt of the notice.
Once the Seller has received the returned goods and assessed their quality, the price of the goods shall be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the written notice of withdrawal from the sale and purchase contract. If the Seller agrees to accept the returned goods, the Buyer must compensate for any loss incurred in returning the goods.
The product must be returned in the original packaging of the product and the parcel (including the instructions and warranty card, if they came with the product). When returning the goods, you must present the VAT invoice or any other document confirming the purchase and sale of the goods from the Seller and a completed and signed withdrawal form.
The buyer is responsible for assembling the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, the seller will not accept the returned goods.
