These personal data protection rules ("the Rules") govern the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data by the Data Controller UAB „UGNIS IR VANDUO„, elektroninėje parduotuvėje (toliau – www.ugnisirvanduo.lt) tvarko Pirkėjų asmens duomenis.

The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer's personal data shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions of the Ugnis ir ūdens lectronic trade, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

Ugnis ir vanduo follows the following basic principles for the processing of personal data:

  • Personal data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes.
  • Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.
  • The processing of personal data is lawful, i.e. only in cases where:
    • the data subject gives consent, i.e. agrees to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of e-commerce of Ugnis ir vanduo;
    • the conclusion or performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
    • Ugnis ir vanduo is obliged to process personal data in accordance with the law;
    • the processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by Ugnis ir vanduo or by the third party to whom the personal data are provided and where the interests of the data subject are not overriding
  • Personal data is updated regularly.
  • Personal data shall be kept for no longer than the stated purposes of the processing require.
  • Personal data is processed only by those employees who have the right to do so.
  • All information about the personal data processed is confidential.
  • The processing of personal data shall be notified to the State Data Protection Inspectorate in accordance with the established procedures.

 

You can use the e-shop to:

  • all able-bodied natural persons aged at least 18 years;
  • minors aged between 14 and 18 only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in the case of self-disposal of their earnings or scholarship;
  • legal persons;
  • authorised representatives of all the above.

Collection, processing, storage of personal data

Ugnis ir vanduo respects the right to privacy of each Customer. The Buyer's personal data (name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information provided in the e-shop registration form) is collected and processed in order to:

  • the processing of the Buyer's orders for goods;
  • financial documents issued;
  • problems with the delivery or presentation of goods are solved;
  • fulfil other contractual obligations.

The Buyer must provide complete and correct personal data at the time of registration in the e-shop.

When processing and storing the Buyer's personal data, Fire and Water shall implement organisational and technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing.

Ugnis ir vanduo may use data that is not directly related to the Buyer's person for statistical purposes, i.e. data about the goods purchased. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in such a way as to prevent the disclosure of the Buyer's identity or other personally identifiable information.

The Buyer's personal data shall be stored for 1 year from the last time the Buyer logged into the system. Upon expiry of the retention period, the Buyer's personal data shall be deleted.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

Ugnis ir vanduo reserves the right to pass on information to third parties:

  • for the sole purpose of fulfilling the objectives set out in point 5.3 of this document;
  • only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Changing or updating personal data

You have the right to change and/or update the information provided on the registration form.

Transmission of information or claims

As a buyer who has authorised the processing of your personal data, you have the right to request the modification of your personal data or the suspension of its processing, with the exception of the storage of data processed in breach of the law.

Ugnis ir vanduo upon receipt of the Buyer's request regarding the processing of personal data, will provide the Buyer with a response no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the Buyer's request. Only requests concerning the processing of personal data submitted in writing (by e-mail - ugnisirvanduo.lietuva@gmail.com).

Changing the rules

Ugnis ir vanduo shall have the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, by notifying you via the e-shop and the email address provided.

Amendments or changes to the Terms and Conditions shall enter into force from the date of their publication, i.e. from the date on which they are posted on the e-shop system.

If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer has the right to withdraw in writing (by email - ugnisirvanduo.lietuva@gmail.com) su sąlyga, kad Pirkėjas praranda teisę naudotis el. parduotuvės paslaugomis.

If the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the e-shop after the addition or modification of the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer shall be deemed to accept the new version.
